What I Can Expect
This three-session exploration is designed for folks who desire ongoing support as they tune in to their inner wisdom and orient themselves toward soul wisdom-guided living. Together we will spend time on your questions, issues, and patterns as we endeavor to deepen your conscious access to your inner guidance system.
Session themes will vary depending on your goals, but could include life purpose, personal relationships, blocks, spiritual development, work life, or other issues.
Between our sessions you will have time to integrate, practice, and notice changes in your life. This session is perfect for those beginning a big life transition or just seeking support and direction with daily life decisions.
What is Included
- This package includes three live 50-minute coaching sessions. We will collaboratively set coaching goals during the first session. These goals will guide our work together for the remaining sessions.
- Resources (as needed) will be provided so that work can continue between sessions.
- Email support (clarification/simple questions) is included between sessions. More complex support may be deferred until our next session together.
